Most of the Chases from The Mighty Thor are really strong, but I feel like Odin hasn’t really been talked about as his kids and friends are all the rage. Today I want to build around the Allfather himself and see what we can do with this brick.
Last year I had a fun little article for Halloween, and I want to continue with that as I think holiday events and games are really fun and flex that creative muscle. Today I’ll be covering the recent event I ran at my LGS and what I played.
We see a lot of Super Rares that get a Prime version cast off as the black sheep, and often times they aren’t talked about at all. Hela is one of those cases, and I wanted to actually challenge myself to build around her as I think she’s better than she seems. Join me, foolish mortals!
Title Characters were introduced earlier this year in Deadpool & X-Force, and The Mighty Thor gave us two different title characters with Thor and Loki. Today I want to talk about the cheaper and more cunning of the two.
What happens when a former College football player who can’t pay a witch to help him speak with his dead wife, is cursed into becoming a frog, meets Thor as a frog, and picks up a sliver of Mjolnir that was chipped off by one of Thor’s goats? You get Throg, and he’s commin’ to wreck your Heroclix games!
Good news everyone! After a long hiatus from Team Builds, they’re back! Rather than jumping into The Mighty Thor and picking a Chase or Super Rare, I want to build around the very good Uncommon Jane Foster Thor. For Asgardia!
I haven’t covered much Elseworlds as of late, so let’s change that. Al is quite the Super Rare and has already made somewhat of an impact in competitive, so let’s see what fun things we can do with him. Sim Sim Salabim!
Of all four of the chases in What If…, Venom Thor is my absolute favorite and has some potential for mayhem. How can we abuse this character and what strategy should you take with him?
Let’s take a little break from Avengers Defenders War and dig back into budget builds, or as I like to call them, Pauper. One of my absolute favorite new pieces is the common Iron Man from What If…, so let’s give this Tony a run for his millions of dollars.
