A couple weeks ago, I talked about how WizKids had updated their Watch List with some new pieces after World’s and the insane amount of repetition that the teams had. We finally have answers on what the fate of these pieces are, and I want to talk about them and how this will impact the Meta.
This past week featured the 2017 Heroclix Nationals and Worlds at Origins in Columbus Ohio, and we have a new champion that has been crowned for both events. Today I’d like to talk about their teams in-depth.
Every year, WizKids rotates out a decent chunk of clix usually around 2 years old to keep the game fresh and limit what can be played competitively. What does this mean? What’s rotating? What big pieces do we lose?
